This can be due to biological influences as well as psychosocial factors. Though not an all encompassing list, some concerns that may be unique or more common among women are:

Pain during sex
Endometriosis, PCOS, and other gynecological conditions
Transitions to motherhood
Family / career balance
Domestic violence, emotional / mental abuse and gaslighting
History of molestation or rape
Self- injurious behavior
Eating disorders
Sexism / oppression
