*Meetings are available by appointment and are generally available from 8 AM to 7 PM with extended and weekend hours on a limited basis.
**We also offer sliding scale / reduced fee services on a limited basis. Please contact us for psychological testing rates, as they vary depending on the nature of the case.
Insurance
We can accept health insurance coverage either as an In-Network or out of network provider. In-Network services are often subject to a copay (usually ranging from $15-40), and sometimes a yearly deductible.

Each plan has it's own policies and procedures. Some important questions to ask your insurance company are:
- Does my plan include mental health / behavioral health benefits?
- Do I have to stay in-network, or can I see a provider out-of-network?
- Do I have a copay or coinsurance?
- Do I have a deductible and has it been met?
- When does my deductible reset? Jan 1 or some other date?
- Do I need a prior authorization?
- Do I need approval from my primary care physician?
- Are there limits on how many sessions are covered per year?
Payment
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payments are acceptable through Zelle and PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
