There is no question that we are constantly changing, developing, and going to changing roles and life transitions. Things like starting college, marriage, parenthood, retirement, career or job changes, children moving out of the house, separation and divorcee are just a few life events that can throw off our equilibrium and force us to recalibrate our center.
